MKWorkwear is an online retailer specializing in professional workwear, chef uniforms, hospitality apparel, and customized work clothing. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, service, or website content without prior notice.

6. Customized Products

MKWorkwear offers customized products, including embroidery, printed logos, personalized names, and other custom services.

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted artwork, text, logos, names, sizes, colors, and other customization details.
  • Once production has started, customized orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by MKWorkwear.
  • The customer confirms that they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted for customization.
7. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices are shown in the selected currency where available. Taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by MKWorkwear.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Pricing or technical errors.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment authorization failure.
  • Incorrect customer information.

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

All payments are processed through secure payment service providers. MKWorkwear does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers.

Orders will only enter production or shipment after payment has been successfully authorized.

10. Shipping and Delivery

MKWorkwear ships orders worldwide. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Customized products may require additional production time depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • MKWorkwear reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier, including DHL and other trusted international logistics partners.
  • Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information via email.

11. Shipping Costs

International shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country, package dimensions, weight, and shipping method selected.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

12. Customs and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, local taxes, or other governmental charges.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not controlled by MKWorkwear.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with local import regulations and for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes.

13. Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, refusal to pay customs charges, or any other reason caused by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be re-shipped.

Shipping charges already paid are non-refundable once the shipment has left our warehouse.

14. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipping has begun.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled after production has started.

15. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order, provided the products meet the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and returned in their original condition whenever possible.

After the returned products have been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

16. Non-Returnable Products
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products embroidered with names or logos.
  • Printed products made specifically for the customer.
  • Products damaged through misuse, washing, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Products returned after the applicable return period.
17. Product Inspection

The customer is responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery.

Any manufacturing defect, shipping damage, missing item, or incorrect product should be reported to MKWorkwear within a reasonable period after delivery together with supporting photographs where applicable.

18. Risk of Loss

Ownership of the products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the shipping carrier or, where required by applicable law, upon delivery to the customer.

19. Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid legal reason or refuses to pay applicable customs duties or import taxes, MKWorkwear reserves the right to deduct all shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs expenses, and any related administrative fees from any refund.

20. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos, icons, designs, trademarks, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of MKWorkwear or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of MKWorkwear.
