Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement governs electronic sales transactions between MKWorkwear (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer placing an order through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through https://www.mkworkwear.com/.

3. Products and Services

The specifications, prices, and payment terms of the purchased products are stated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery
  • We ship orders worldwide safely and securely.
  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
  • Shipping Carrier: We select the most suitable international shipping carrier, including DHL and other trusted logistics partners, based on the destination.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason.

6. Return Policy

We are happy to assist you with your return request. For purchases made through our website, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it. During this period, unless otherwise stated, you may inspect, try on, and evaluate your product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it is complete and undamaged. If you notice any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns that do not meet the conditions below may not be eligible for a refund.

A product may be returned if it meets the following conditions:
  • ✔ A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery,
  • ✔ The product is unused and unwashed,
  • ✔ The product is returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged,
  • ✔ The product has not been personalized (no embroidered names, logos, printing, or other customizations),
  • ✔ A copy of the order confirmation or invoice is included in the return package.
Return Process
  • Send your return request to info@mkworkwear.com.
  • Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  • Ship your package to the provided return address and keep your tracking number.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Products
  • Personalized, embroidered, printed, or custom-made products (unless there is a manufacturing defect),
  • Incomplete, used, washed, or damaged products,
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period.
I Want to Cancel or Modify My Order. What Should I Do?
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation or modification by emailing info@mkworkwear.com with your order number and request.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you may return the products in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
