Return and Refund Policy

We are happy to assist you with your return request. For purchases made through our website, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. During this period, unless otherwise stated, you may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store.

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that it is complete and undamaged. If you notice any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns that do not meet the conditions below may not be eligible for a refund.

A product may be returned if it meets the following conditions:

✔ A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
✔ The product is unused and unwashed.
✔ The product is returned complete, undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging.
✔ The product has not been personalized (including embroidered names, logos, printed designs, or other customizations).
✔ A copy of the order confirmation or invoice is included in the return package.

Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@mkworkwear.com.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Ship your package to the specified return address and keep your tracking number until the return process has been completed.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, embroidered, printed, or custom-made products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Incomplete, used, washed, or damaged products.
Products returned after the 14-day return period.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation or modification by emailing info@mkworkwear.com with your order number and request.
If your order has already been shipped, you may return the products in accordance with our Return Policy.
